On May 7 beginning at 9 a.m., readers of first lady Michelle Obama‘s new book, American Grown: The Story of the White House Garden and Gardens Across America, may show up to Politics & Prose book store in upper northwest Washington to have their books signed. The event with the first lady begins at 11:15 a.m., but for security purposes, patrons must fill out security forms and can start doing so at 9 a.m.
