The San Francisco Chronicle has this to say about its own coverage of the murder of Pamela Vitale, wife of legal pundit David Horowitz:
(10-17) 12:19 PDT — The San Francisco Chronicle did not report today that there had been an arrest in the murder case of Pamela Vitale.
The paper continues to report on the case.
Chronicle Editor Phil Bronstein was on a Fox News program and said that a Chronicle reporter told him there had been an arrest.
