Meredith Melling Burke Leaves Vogue

Meredith Melling Burke is leaving Vogue. WWD reports that Burke, a senior markets editor who has been with the magazine since 1997, is leaving to start a new venture with Valerie Boster, Vogue’s bookings editor. No word on what, exactly, the new company will be.

In related Vogue news, Cynthia Smith and Kelly Connor have both been promoted to market editor.

Instead of a replacement for Burke, other staffers —including Smith and Conner — will take up her duties.
