Medical Reporter Dr. Holly Phillips Leaves WCBS-TV
For the last four years, Dr. Holly Phillips has been a medical reporter at WCBS/Channel 2.
A tipster informed FishbowlNY that Phillips’ bio was removed from the station’s website. Dr. Max Gomez remains the lone health reporter listed on the page.
A WCBS spokesperson had no comment on Phillips’ status with WCBS. But, in an e-mail obtained by FishbowlNY, Phillips gave staffers a farewell.
In the e-mail, Phillips says, “The time has come for the Doc to move on, but I wanted to express my heartfelt appreciation to all of you for making my time at Channel 2 more rewarding than I could have imagined.”
