Mediate Launch Party, With Three New Sites in the Works

Five months after it went live, Dan Abrams held a launch party for his website Mediaite last night. The party at the Plaza Hotel, sponsored by Bing, was hosted by Dan and his father, noted first amendment attorney Floyd Abrams. It was a mix of old media and new, as reps from the Microsoft search engine mingled with news anchors from CBS and CNN, as well as NBC and MSNBC where Abrams remains chief legal correspondent.
