Media Stocks: The State of the Top 13

So as we come to the end of yet another up (Obama!) and down (layoffs!) week, it’s time to take a quick look at how big media companies fared over the past seven days. News Corp. lost much of what it regained last week, based on lower than expected earnings forecasts, while Yahoo slumped midweek after Google — which saw its stock drop 20 points — bid the company adieu, but the price rebounded on Friday.
