McArdle Leaves Roll Call for Greenwire
Among John McArdle’s claims to fame is breaking the groundbreaking bathroom arrest story of Idaho GOP Sen. Larry Craig in 2007. Now McArdle, so dedicated that he spent election night camped out in the newsroom in a sleeping bag, is leaving Roll Call after seven years to go to work for Greenwire. He started at Roll Call as an intern in 2002. Next week is his last week at the publication.
