Mets All-Star provided students with a first-hand look at how pro athletes deal with the media.
First off, there’s something just perfect about a current Mets All-Star visiting a university writing class taught by a guy named Metzger.
That’s professor Gary Metzger, above left, smiling next to Matt Harvey on the right. Through his solid connections, the teacher was able to get Harvey to visit this month’s interterm course at Chapman University in Southern California:
Harvey was just one of several special guest speakers who spoke to the class during the interterm course offered through the Department of English.
