Marston Hefner Pleads No Contest in Assault Case
Marston Hefner pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor domestic violence charge after an incident last month with his girlfriend and 2011 Playboy Playmate of the Year Claire Sinclair.
The son of Hugh Hefner was sentenced to a 52-week domestic violence program and ordered to stay away from Sinclair for three years, according to the Pasadena City Prosecutor’s office.
If convicted in a trial, Marston Hefner faced more than a year behind bars.
