Former Hillary Clinton campaign chief strategist and Burson-Marsteller CEO Mark Penn gives his take on President Obama’s first year in office in an interview with the Chicago Tribune. When asked about Obama’s poll numbers, Penn said:

The president’s numbers are a real cause for concern for himself and the party – but they certainly can be reversed at this point. It’s only been a year and people are uneasy but opinion is not yet set and is quite mushy.
