He touches rather tangentially on what Marc Jacobs sent down the runway (backwards this year), focusing, rather, on the often off-the-beaten-path celebs sitting in the front rows of his shows. From scruffy rock stars to aging porn stars to “occupationally various” Courtney Love somewhere in between, all are invited to help further cement Jacobs’ own misfit status:
