Magazine Popular With iPod Hackers First To Distribute PDFs On iTunes

Oh, the delicious irony.

One of our favorite magazines for no reason — Make — announced that it has become “the first magazine to distribute PDFs over iTunes.” That the magazine’s blog posts near-daily step-by-step D.I.Y. instructions for hacking iPods doesn’t seem to bother Apple.

It seems more and more magazines are hacking into iTunes’ popularity. Fader made its Summer Issue available via iTunes for free, becoming the first music magazine to do so.
