Lockhart Steele Returns To His Phishy Roots

We have a few things in common with outgoing Gawker Media man and Curbed founder Lockhart Steele, and not just our sartorial choices. We, too, were once die-hard Phish fans. Steele, who co-authored the definitive Pharmer’s Almanac, a Phish fan compendium, with Andy Bernstein, collaborated with Bernstein on this month’s Relix magazine cover story on ex-Phish keyboardist Page McConnell and the fairly tumultous years for the Vermont band members since their 2004 breakup.
