Facebook’s next acquisition may be its first one in India, as Business Standard reported that the social network is in talks to acquire Bangalore-based startup Little Eye Labs, which creates performance-analysis tools for Android developers.

According to Business Standard, Little Eye Labs was founded in May 2012 by four Bangalore-based programming analysts, and software product think-tank Indian Software Products Industry Round Table (iSPIRT) helped facilitate the talks between the startup and the social network.

Business Standard added that Little Eye Labs received an investment of between $100,000 and $200,000 from early-stage start-up incubator GSF Accelerator earlier this year.

Readers: If Facebook does indeed acquire Little Eye Labs, are you surprised that it took this long for the social network to buy a company based in India?
