This New LinkedIn Tool Makes It Easier to Know Who Is Searching for Your Profile

And it's rolling out this week

LinkedIn users have a new tool to analyze how their profiles are being searched and who is doing the searching.

Charu Jangid, who works on product management for the professional network, introduced its new Search Appearances feature in a blog post, saying that it will begin rolling out to users this week:

You can now go to your LinkedIn profile on both mobile and desktop and see how many people found you from a LinkedIn search. You can also see the companies and job titles of the people who found you in search to help signal what types of opportunities you may be a fit for.
