LinkedIn Now Has Its Own Windows 10 App

LinkedIn for Windows 10 will be available in all markets by the end of the month

LinkedIn Monday began rolling out a dedicated desktop application for Windows 10, saying that it will be available in all markets by the end of the month.

LinkedIn for Windows 10 provides users with speedier access to all of the professional network’s features, and product manager Hermes Alvarez said in a blog post introducing the app that it is accessible via the start menu and taskbar.

Alvarez added that users can also pin a live tile that will deliver highlights from their connections to their start menus, and Windows 10 Action Center will bring users information from the professional network including professional updates, new messages, insights on who has viewed their profiles, trending news in their industries and other highlights.

All notifications and updates in Windows 10 Action Center can be managed and customized via the notifications tab in the LinkedIn for Windows 10 app.
