LinkedIn Creates Lighthearted DropIn Social Game

Picture Tetris, but substitute your LinkedIn connections for the classic video game’s pieces. Matthew Shoup, the professional networking site’s technical marketing manager, did just that.

In his latest contribution to LinkedIn Hackday, and in honor of the 27th anniversary of Tetris, Shoup created DropIn, along with visual design and brand user environment design manager Steve Pecko.

DropIn allows users/players to rotate and stack their connections’ faces, while at the same time displaying the most recent content those connections are sharing with the LinkedIn community.
