Huh? We had considered the lack of convictions in the London bombing plot case to be a failure. But we, apparently, are alone in that thinking. Local Memorials: According to the LAT‘s listing: “Two ceremonies are planned, one at 7 a.m. at the Fire Department Museum and Fallen Firefighter Memorial (1355 N. Cahuenga Blvd., Hollywood); one at 10 a.m. at the Fire Department Training Center (1700 Stadium Way in Elysian Park), with Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa on hand to mark the event.”
