John M. Glionna has a fun look in the L.A. Times at Las Vegas’ newest attraction, the Neon Museum, which officially opened over the weekend. Located downtown, the non-profit offers guided tours Tuesdays through Saturdays for a minimum suggested donation of $15.00.
