Kobo Touch Update Lets Users Add Fonts

Kobo has released a new 1.9.5 firmware update for the eReader Touch Edition that allows layout customization. The update, which can be downloaded at this link, lets users add their own font, and customize margin and layout options.

To add a font, create a new Font directory on the Touch Edition using your computer and drag custom fonts into the Font folder. For those who don’t want to add their own fonts, the update includes five new fonts – Amasis, Delima, Felbridge, Gil Sans and Rockwell – brining the font options on the device to seven, each with 25 sizes.
