A Facebook Strategic Preferred Marketing Developer swallowed up a Facebook Preferred Marketing Developer, as predictive marketing software provider Kenshoo announced its acquisition of software-as-a-service platform Adquant.
Kenshoo said in a release announcing the acquisition that “executives and other key personnel” from Adquant will join the Kenshoo team, and Adquant clients can continue managing their programs via its platform, adding that the two companies’ products will be integrated “over time.”
