Mike Schneider, over at Franklin Avenue, stumbles into the thorny thicket that is the Family Circus mash-up. Losanjealous has debuted The Nietzsche Family Circus, pairing pithy lines from the crazed German philospher with the Bil Keane single panel cartoons.
Keane’s long-lived cartoon has inspired many, many spin-offs, most notably the late Dysfunctional Family Circus, that died after Keane spoke with the creator about it.
