We’d seen our cohorts at Curbed LA wearing those slatted shades and all, but turns out they’re even more hardcore Kanye West fans than we thought. Only someone who diligently reads West’s blog would have uncovered West’s first legit architecture review.
In his post, West gives mad love to the Neil Denari-designed concept for something called the Useful + Agreeable House:
The house is suited for different climates and housing plans, from small-lot to clusters, as vacation properties or rooftop penthouses, just to name a few uses.
