The Hill‘s editor-in-chief, Bob Cusack, has announced that Jordan Fabian is returning to The Hill from Univision as their new White House correspondent.

Below is the announcement from Cusack this afternoon:

We’re pleased to announce that Jordan Fabian will be joining us as a White House correspondent. Jordan, as many of you remember, was a staff reporter for us between May 2009 and July 2011.

Since the summer of 2011, Jordan has been politics editor for Univision News and Fusion, where he participated in a roundtable interview with President Obama.

Jordan missed The Hill and we missed him. He is an extremely talented journalist who will excel in his new role here. Jordan’s also very loyal, evidenced by the fact he is a long-suffering Redskins fan (is that redundant?).

He will start Monday, March 9.

As a fellow Redskins fan, your pain is shared, Jordan… He later expressed his excitement in joining The Hill in a tweet:
