Japanese File Sharers Might Lose Net Access

P2P network users in Japan may soon have to figure out a way to use their cell phones for their illegal file-sharing activities.

Afterdawn.com reports that Japanese ISPs are thinking about blocking Internet access to folks who repeatedly download unauthorized music, movies and games. According to the article, which cites Japanese newspaper Yomiuri Shimbun, the alleged file-sharers will receive an e-mail warning and, if they don’t stop their illegal activities, will have their Internet connections severed.
