It's 2am. What Are Your Apps Doing? (Infographic)
If you’re like me then each time you install an Android app you probably click right past that permissions list. Like many smartphone and tablet owners, I don’t really know what my apps are doing.
As you can see from the following infographic, 83% of smartphone owners don’t pay attention to the permission list when installing apps. They don’t realize that fully a third of apps ask for more permissions needed to perform their functions.
It’s a frightening read.
