NBC News chief White House correspondent David Gregory could be the front-runner to be the new Don Imus. Radio insiders say that next week, he will be the first potential replacement to be simulcast on MSNBC and WFAN radio. He impressed the suits with his earlier trial on MSNBC last month, although some are wondering whether his solid White House style will be a fitting replacement for Imus’ freewheeling ways.
