Kathleen Sebelius, are positioned exactly even on the page to look like each other. Is this Drudge’s sick (read: fantastic) idea of a Separated at Birth?
The monkey picture highlights a new species in the Congo; the Sebelius picture, meanwhile, is for a story on her violating a law.
