iPhone and YouTube: A Match Made in Heaven
Just as we predicted last month, Apple said today that the iPhone will be able to play YouTube videos.
This wasn’t a huge leap of faith, of course, given that they recently announced that Apple TV can stream YouTube videos around the house. It’s only a natural extension to be able to play them on the iPhone as well. You don’t need an Apple TV either; the iPhone will play YouTube videos on its own.
For the record, the iPhone and Apple TV are both essentially full-blown Macintosh computers, but with restrictions on their abilities.
