iOS 4.3.3 Addresses Apple's Location-Gate. iPhone 3G, CDMA iPhone 4 Left Out

Apple released iOS 4.3.3 updates to deal with its location-gate controversy. Updated devices no longer backs up the location data cache file to iTunes on the desktop. Updated devices will also delete the cache completely when Location Services is turned off.

However, although TechCrunch reported that all iOS users have now been taken care of regarding location-gate, this may not be true.
