Have you ever wanted to delete a picture or video from your Instagram Story, rather than wait for it to automatically disappear? Our guide will show you how.

Step 1: On the Instagram home feed, tap your profile picture in the “Stories” section at the top of the screen.
Step 2: When the picture or video you want to delete appears, tap the three dots in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
Step 3: Tap “Delete.”
Step 4: Tap “Delete” on the confirmation window that appears to delete the post from your Story.
