Index Ventures' Volpi: 'I Am No Longer Associated with Joost'

Index Ventures CEO Mike Volpi confirmed to paidContent that he is no longer chairman of Joost, the video site that announced in July that it would restructure and refocus on providing white-label online-video platforms for media companies such as cable operators, satellite providers, broadcasters and video aggregators.

Index Ventures still holds a stake in Joost, and it is part of the investor group acquiring Skype from eBay.

Volpi told paidContent, “I will confirm that I am no longer associated with Joost.”
