In General, I Will Not Be Covering the Michael Jackson Trial
because first of all, I’m not like the other bloggers. And second of all, like any good indie rock listener, I only like Jackson’s raw early material, before he signed to a major label and went mainstream. However, there is an attention-meriting nugget of a quote in today’s New York Times coverage:
“I wouldn’t leave my kids alone with him, but I know he’s innocent,” said Margaret Buapim, 32, a social worker, standing in front of the courthouse this morning.
