IAC's Citysearch Expands
NEW YORK IAC’s Citysearch said it has expanded its coverage range from its core 140 local cities guides (such as NewYork.citysearch.com) to 75,000 cities and neighborhoods across the U.S.
The expansion is part of a major overhaul for the long-running local business-oriented brand, which on Nov. 19 unveiled a new beta version of its site featuring a slew of new tools.
Among the new offerings is an enhanced search offering that IAC executives claim will allow users to conduct more localized and refined queries — down to the ZIP code level.
