Magnet Media is looking to add a social marketing manager to its creative/production department, but you’ll need to meet certain criteria to land this New York-based gig.
First and foremost, you should have a strong grasp of social marketing techniques, platforms and tools. This is a no-brainer. Since this role includes overseeing the logistics of all of Magnet’s social accounts and projects, you should be well-versed on available technology and the social media space.
Applicants also must have strong editorial sensibilities and experience with WordPress or other CMS tools. If you get the job, you’ll be leading editorial initiatives and creative plans so you need to have an editorial eye and a passion for storytelling in order to blog and micro-blog.
