House Maj. Leader Idiot Proofs His Presser
That Eric Cantor is nothing if not strict when it comes to his pressers.
Cantor (R-Va.), the House Majority Leader, is holding a press conference tomorrow at noon. Reporters have exactly TWO HOURS to get their shit together and show up or they will not, they repeat, NOT, be let in. Conference Chairman Jeb Hensarling (R-Texas) is also scheduled to be there and also won’t apparently tolerate such potentially disgusting lateness from reporters.
From the release: “**Participants must be on time; there will be NO admittance after 2:00 PM**”
What’s more, if you’re too stupid to know where you’re going or how to ask a Capitol Police officer (the men and women with the uniforms and guns), someone from Cantor’s office will be there to show you.
