If you like cajun food, you might want to start subscribing to House Beautiful. The magazine has added Louisiana native and James Beard Award winning Chef John Besh as a food contributor.
Besh — who owns restaurants La Provence, Besh Steak, August, and more — will pen a regular column titled “John Besh’s Kitchen” for House Beautiful. The column debuts in the magazine’s February issue, on newsstands January 13.
In addition to his 10 restaurants, Besh won the Food Arts’ Silver Spoon Award in 2009 and was honored as Restaurateur of the Year by the Louisiana Restaurant Association in 2008.
