Social relationship platform Hootsuite is getting into the education game, announcing the launch of its Custom Education program, which is aimed at providing organization with tailored social media training programs.
Hootsuite said topics include developing employee competencies, increasing employee engagement online, building brand advocacy, and mitigating social risk, adding that curriculums can be modified and customized based on skill levels and business needs.
Content is mined from the company’s Hootsuite University education resources, as well as the Newhouse-Hootsuite Advanced Social Media Strategy Certification.
Hootsuite Vice President of Community and Customer Experience Jeanette Gibson said in a release introducing Hootsuite Custom Education:
