The only thing visibly different to my eyes are the thumbnails of five home screens (my Droid is limited to three home screens, btw) on the last screenshot.
It is nice to see that the Android 2.1 unlock screen is the same as the new unlock screen that greeted Droid users whose phone where upgraded to 2.01
