HTC is the manufacturer of a large number of popular Windows Mobile smartphones (like the T-Mobile Dash that I used and liked for a long time) as well as the T-Mobile G1 (Android phone). Interestingly, wmpoweruser reports that the device does not include a voice cell phone.
