The Harlem Shake Takes YouTube By Storm

Gangnam Style? What’s that? The world seems to have forgotten all about Psy as a new trend has taken YouTube by storm—The Harlem Shake. This new 30-second dance meme consists of one person in a group, generally in a mask, awkwardly dancing to "Harlem Shake" by Baauer. About 15 seconds in, when the song goes "Do the Harlem Shake," everyone else joins in, frantically dancing the "Harlem Shake", a dance popularized in 1981.

Gangnam Style?  What’s that?  The world seems to have forgotten all about Psy as a new trend has taken YouTube by storm—The Harlem Shake.  This new 30-second dance meme consists of one person in a group, generally in a mask, awkwardly dancing to “Harlem Shake” by Baauer.  About 15 seconds in, when the song goes “Do the Harlem Shake,” everyone else joins in, frantically dancing the “Harlem Shake”, a dance popularized in 1981.
