Guggenheim Bilbao: We Finally Find Out What All the Recent Fuss Was About

Okay, when we were busy posting those stories about the Guggenheim in Bilbao last week, we, like probably many of you, were wondering, “Why are all these pieces coming out about this thing all of the sudden? What’s going on?!” Apparently, either no one had the decency, or we were too lazy to look it up, that it was likely because the Gehry-designed museum was just about to celebrate its tenth anniversary. Next time this happens, when all these news stories and essays start getting published about the same thing, does someone mind making some connections for us? This writer is but a poor, dense fool.
