Gretchen Carlson Sues Roger Ailes for Sexual Harassment

The suit alleges that Ailes terminated Carlson’s contract because she rebuffed his sexual advances.

“I think you and I should have had a sexual relationship a long time ago and then you’d be good and better and I’d be good and better,” Ailes allegedly told Carlson, during a meeting she called to address what Carlson saw as unfair treatment in the newsroom.
