Google users have reported seeing error messages or experiencing unusual behavior when logging in to Google Talk. The company responded to complaints earlier this morning, but doesn't have an explanation just yet.
Google users have reported seeing error messages or experiencing unusual behavior when logging in to Google Talk. The company responded to complaints earlier this morning, but doesn’t have an explanation just yet.
The issues were upgraded from a service disruption to a full service outage at 6:50 a.m. EDT. The best Google could promise was another update within an hour.
In the company’s Apps Status Dashboard, Google wrote:
We’re aware of a problem with Google Talk affecting a majority of users.
