Today, Google began rolling out more functionality for Glass that includes the ability to access Web pages directly and to text or call people listed in the user's Gmail contacts.

Today, Google began rolling out more functionality for Glass that includes the ability to access Web pages directly and to text or call people listed in the user’s Gmail contacts.

Before now, Glass had limited each user to 10 contacts that s/he could contact with the voice commands “Send message to …” and “Call …” To accommodate the tiny screen in the eyeglass interface, Web searches would return only Knowledge Graph, local search venue information or other small snippets of information, without giving the user access to Web pages.
