Google Chrome Mobile Users Can Now Get Facebook Push Notifications

Facebook offered the following instructions for enabling this feature on an Android phone in a Help Center post:

• Install the latest version of Chrome.
• Open the browser and log into http://www.m.facebook.com.
• If you receive a pop-up message that Facebook “wants to send you notifications,” tap “allow.”
• Close and reopen your browser.

If you don’t receive a pop-up message when you log in, try these steps:

• Tap the Chrome settings menu.
