Employees at the Fort Worth Star-Telegram will be taking a week without pay sometime between April 5 and July 4, according to a memo from publisher Gary Wortel published on Romenesko. “Although we’re seeing improvement in several advertising categories, the economic climate remains unstable and revenues continue to be negative year-over-year,” the memo read in part.
