A candle light funeral mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, March 18, 2008, at 6:30 p.m., at St. Stephens Martyr Catholic Church, 2436 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, 20037. Mrs. Scott will receive relatives and friends at the Church following the Mass. The Internment service with military honors will be held on Wednesday, March 19, 2008, at 10 a.m., at Quantico National Cemetery, 18424 Joplin Road, Triangle, Virginia. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his name to St.
