Rep. Eric Cantor (R-Va.) has provided The Hill with a copy of an unofficial rulebook for new members of Congress. In it, they learn such things as avoiding common pitfalls when dealing with the Fourth Estate. For instance, while on the House floor, don’t be such a BlackBerry addict. And another: Press can ambush you as you walk to a vote. Better idea: Take the underground tunnel.
