The media relations team at Fox News is having some fun at the Television Critics Association press tour in Los Angeles, and perhaps trying to make light of the recent story by David Carr in the New York Times on the team’s tactics.
The following buttons, stating, “Hugs and kittens from Fox News Media Relations,” are circulating around a ballroom where Fox is holding a Q&A event.
From TVNewser: The button is Fox’s way of saying, ‘We’re not as bad as David Carr makes us out to be.’ But do you know what happens when kittens grow up? They scratch… hard sometimes. And it hurts.”
